NOT.. I went to the doc yesterday to give blood for a HCG beta and a progesterone test. I just talked to the nurse… do you know that the lab put my blood in for a Hepatitis C test? DUHHHHH

I saw the label, it was clearly marked. again, DUHHHH

Now I am waiting for the nurse to call me back to tell me if I have to come and give more blood even though I was supposed to go tomorrow to give blood to compare to yesterday to see if it doubled.

Oh well.

By the way, my progesterone was 40.5. YAYYYYY

I am back from my ski weekend without skiing. hee hee.. So, so promised, here’s the whole story. I was too giddy Friday morning to post.

I woke up at like 3 and went to potty. I went back to sleep and woke at 6, couldn’t sleep anymore and had to potty again, so I temped. It was 98.0 and I usually temp at 7:20, so I adjusted it in my mind, figured 98.4 was a drop, but still high. Especially since I thought my 3 temps before that were a artificially high because I had not been sleeping well.

So, I had to pee pee, but still was too scared to test. So, here’s what I did. hee hee. I got a plastic cup from the kitchen, pee pee’d in it. Then I went down to check the board.

I couldn’t believe that it was blank! I had NEVER gotten a #1 before. So I posted that message about AF staying away because I still was not sure that I wanted to test.

Then I refreshed, saw Jeannette’s message. And bascially said, “If she can do it so can I”.

So I went up, stuck the stick in the cup for 5 seconds. Went in the hall, kneeled and prayed went to the kitchen to see what time it was. That took like than 45 seconds, and when I got back the line was there!

I could not believe. I went screaming like a mad woman and jumped on Eddie in the bed. I scared the crap out of him because he was asleep.

Then I showed my dog the pee stick!!

So here I sit!
