I walk in the door and the nurse says, “Do you want to empty?”. I said, “uhhhh, are you doing an ultrasound? Aren’t you only taking blood?” She checked her notes and said, “No, it says here ultrasound.” So I say, “ok” and go try to pee pee, but I was so nervous now that I could not. She reminded me that it was too early to see much, but they wanted to make sure that the sac was in place and that there was activity in the uterus. I am 5 weeks today (I always count that stuff wrong).

So, we go in and I get ready, she starts the ultrasound, then says something like, “Oh, there are 2 sacs!!!” I cannot even remember exactly what she said because I was in shock. So I stupidly say, “so that could mean twins?” And she says, “Yes”.

WOW!!

I am estatic about that, but still can’t get as happy as I should. We go back again next week for another ultrasound. She says I will have one every week for awhile.

So there’s my doc update.

Eddie was too cute! (m)

He sat there kinda in shock, then starting grinning. And when we left the office, the asked me if I wanted him to carry me to the car. And he starting hugging me and saying “But you are so little, and have all that activity in there”.
