On Saturday I was doing the usual, letting Kristopher hold onto one of my fingers while trotting around. Eventually I let him go and he actually took 3 steps to me! He was so happy about it. Until this point, he has not stood up on his own either.

Since it was over 90, we let the girls go out and play in their pool for a bit. Towards the end,  I got the boys into their swim short and put them in the pool. He didn’t mind just having his feet in, but he did not like sitting down one bit. So…. what does a good mother do? Stand him up and let him go. LOL. For the first time ever, he balanced EXTREMELY well, and stood up on his own. For a moment he looked like he was surfing and thinking “I am not falling in this $^&$^ water!”. He held his ground very well until Alexis came over and made him fall. He was able to do it 3 more times though. YEAH!!

Hopefully this means he will be walking very soon.
